This is very much a must listen to show, in it you can find out how Rod setup the gym and how he fought back from a life threatening injury. You can also listen to a very funny story involving Rod and Darren, a swimming pool and the Commonwealth Games. Things sounded good back in the 1980's. (All rights and copyright BBC London). |
