Boxing Foundation - Boxing classes suitable for beginners
Our Boxing Foundation classes have been especially designed by our coaches for complete beginners. You will be learning the core foundations to the art of boxing, including basic guard, balance, footwork, directional changes, basic strikes and combinations. You will also learn offensive and defensive stratergies. An introduction to skipping, pad work, bag work and shadow boxing is also included. You will also be working on your fitness to increase your aerobic and anerobic conditioning and core strength.
Boxing General (Intermediate) - Boxing classes suitable for experienced
Suitable for people who have 1+ years experience in boxing. In these classes you will learn more advanced fight stratergies, advanced footwork, staggered timing, feints and general ring craft. Controlled and supervised sparring is also included, along with more advanced strength and conditioning exercises.
Boxing All Levels class - suitable for beginners - advanced
Our weekday lunch time boxing classes are suitable for beginners - advanced. Includes skipping, pad work, bag work and shadow boxing. You will also be working on your fitness to increase your aerobic and anerobic conditioning and core strength.
